Lead Baker needed for busy retail bakery. Must have a minimum of 2 years professional bakery kitchen experience.
Associates degree in baking and pastry.
Tasks include:
- managing day to day kitchen operations.
- hands-on production of cake batters, cookie doughs, frostings.
- Basic cake decorating skills a plus.
- supervising kitchen interns
- working closely with front of the house manager and owner
Must be enthusiastic, organized, detail oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
