Trigo Wood Fired Pizza is a strictly wood fired kitchen with a focus on local, seasonal ingredients - our ethos is simple, fresh and elevated. Trigo is a high volume open kitchen, the right candidate must be able to maintain professionalism and composure under pressure. We are a small, close knit crew with just over a year and a half under our belt as a restaurant, so a good attitude and the ability to be a team player and wear many hats is required.
Experience: Some professional kitchen experience required. Pizza experience is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate.
Skills: Ability to work quickly, efficiently with a great attention to detail required
Salary Range: Open and commensurate with experience.
Hours: Part time to start, with potential for more hours. We are open Tuesdays - Saturdays, nights and weekends required. Closed all major holidays.
Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
