Premier Connecticut Caterer Seeks experienced Sous chef to Assist in hot and cold food production at their facility located in Eastern Connecticut. Previous sous chef experience is a must. Previous Catering and Banquet Sous experience is a plus. 

References required. Emphasis on American regional, some familiarity with International cuisines preferred. Salary will be commensurate with experience at market rates.Culinary school is a plus but not required with sufficient experience level. Computer literacy is a plus.
